Refund policy

**Return Eligibility**

- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition you received them.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and manuals.

**Non‑returnable items**

We cannot accept returns on:
- Items listed as "For parts" or "As‑is."
- Used, installed, or modified items.
- Products missing parts, hardware, or original packaging.

**Return shipping**

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will provide a prepaid return label.

**How to request a return**

1. Email us at closeoutdeals2023@gmail.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, the reason for the return, and photos if applicable.
2. We will respond within 1 business day with instructions and a return authorization.

**Refunds**

We will inspect your return and notify you once it has been received. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 2‑5 business days of receiving the item. We do not offer exchanges; please place a new order if you need a different product.
